Dallas - not the safest place at night

Another tragic story of a death at a Dallas area night club. Dallas City Council, listen up. The way to stop this is NOT to stop having nightclubs, or to try to close them all. The way to stop this is by not letting violent repeat offenders back into the streets. Yes, the guy that did it is from NM, but who started the fight? What kind of atmosphere was present at the location? How many there were felons, criminals, or had warrants? Decent people still want to go out, we just don't want to worry if we will be run down in the street. We also don't want to be harrassed by people who should be in jail. Thank you.
