So, apparently Texas is making a comeback. All that had to happen was for a Texan not to be in The White House anymore. Amazing. Anyway, this is from an article about a Texas-Themed restauraunt that was reviewed by a NY City blog (New York Magazine - we know, you're huge). Someone commented that it is not authentic unless they serve Shiner. I agree:

Texas themed restaurant? I saw pictures, I don't understand how its Texas themed. I mean the stereotypical Texas theme would be a steak restaurant like "Texas Land and Cattle?"
